Jeff Johnson

Mr. Johnson has been an owner of the Company since November 2021 and a director of the bank since January 2022. Johnson is the CEO and owner of JLOU Properties, a real estate development company. He has been working in the real estate business for over 25 years. Johnson is also a co-founder of The First State Bank in Oklahoma City and previously served on the Board of Directors, Loan Committee, and ALCO for a total of 13 years. Johnson currently serves on the Oklahoma City Zoo Board of Directors and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
