Tony Caldwell

 Mr. Caldwell is a serial entrepreneur who built OAA into one of the U.S.'s largest insurance distributors with over $800 million in sales and 185 agency partners, earning recognition as one of the fastest-growing businesses and best places to work in Oklahoma. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Prism Bank, a community bank with branches across Oklahoma. As a thought leader in the business and insurance industry, Tony speaks at various events, publishes the blog "Growth Agent Insight", and hosts the podcast "UnCaptive Agent" and recently published the book UnCaptive Agent," an Amazon Best Seller. He actively contributes to community service and has served as Chairman on numerous non-profit and civic boards and committees. Tony holds a BA in Government from Centenary College of Louisiana and is an avid outdoorsman and instrument-rated commercial pilot. He lives in Oklahoma with his wife, Sharon, and their two sons.
