G. Carl Gibson

G. Carl Gibson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational and financial leadership across diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, and private equity-funded companies. With a career spanning over four decades, Carl has demonstrated expertise in technology finance, operations management, board-level communications, and shareholder relations.

Formerly U.S. CFO of IFA Systems, AG, subsidiary companies, played a pivotal role in managing the U.S., Canada and Latin America financial operations and staff.   Carl joined ifa Systems upon their acquisition of the Inoveon Corp., an Oklahoma City venture capital backed company in which he served as COO.   Carl remained with the acquirer and managed U.S. operations and acquisitions for the next 10 years.   He also served post-acquisition as board member of Sophrona Solutions, Inc., an ophthalmology software company complementing the parent company products.

Carl's career highlights also include pivotal roles as CFO with multiple venture capital backed companies.   Zymetx Inc., a life sciences diagnostic company, Carl served as CFO for significant venture funding and led financial operations during critical growth phases and culminated with an NASDAQ initial public offering.  His early career banking career includes senior roles at First Commercial Bank and Citizens Bank, where he managed complex financial operations and facilitated substantial asset securitization efforts.

Carl holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and has continued his executive education at Northwestern University.
