How does Prism Bank protect my personal information?

How does Prism Bank collect my personal information?

  • Pay us by check or withdraw funds

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

State law and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Prism Bank does not share with our affiliates

Non-Affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Prism Bank does not share with non-affiliates so they can market

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Prism Bank does not jointly market. Prism Bank does not jointly market.

Other Important Information

Prism Bank complies with Federal and State laws to protect your non-public personal information. It is Prism Bank’s practice not to disclose customer information unless such disclosures are required by law, specifically allowed by law, or requested by the customer. If customer information is shared with a non-affiliated third party, appropriate notification and opt-out procedures will be followed. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
