Prism Bank complies with Federal and State laws to protect your non-public personal information. It is Prism Bank’s practice not to disclose customer information unless such disclosures are required by law, specifically allowed by law, or requested by the customer. If customer information is shared with a non-affiliated third party, appropriate notification and opt-out procedures will be followed. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
