Conversion Notice

Prism Bank has chosen to improve our core system to better serve you, our customer, with the latest technology. Our goal is to provide you with the best banking experience possible and offer the latest products and services.

Online Banking will be updated along with new and improved Bill Payments services. Our Mobile App will also be upgraded requiring a new app be downloaded to your device.

Beginning on Thursday, April 4, 2024 and continuing through Sunday, April 7, 2024 we will be upgrading our software. It is important for you to know that some services relating to Online Banking, Debit and ATM Cards will have periods of interruption as we move from the old software to the new software.

While all the changes are occurring, Prism Bank will continue to serve our customers during our regularly scheduled banking hours. To prepare for these changes, please be sure to review the following details which will require you to make some updates and plan accordingly.

Information You Need to Know

Online and Mobile Banking

Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from Thursday, April 4 – Sunday, April 7. On Monday, April 8 you will be able to again login using your existing username and a temporary password. The temporary password will be your username plus the last four digits of your Tax ID number. Once you access Online Banking, you will be prompted to change your password.

Intuit will not be available beginning April 4 until Wednesday, April 10. If you use this service, a Prism Bank representative will contact you directly and provide you with additional details prior to the conversion.

Bill Pay will not be available starting April 4 through the morning of April 8. All Bill Pay payee information and scheduled payments will convert. Any payments scheduled during this time will be processed on Monday, April 8.

Mobile Banking users will be required to uninstall the current app and reinstall the new Prism Bank Mobile Banking app. The new App will be available on Monday, April 8 in the Apple App Store for iPhone and Google Play Store for Android.

Debit Cards

Your current debit card will remain active and does not require any changes. Debit card alerts previously set up will NOT convert to the new system. You will, however, have the ability to set up custom debit alerts in the new Online Banking once it is live. You can contact us to assist you if you do not have Online Banking.

Apps such as Venmo or PayPal will not be available for credits from April 4 to April 6 at 10:15 p.m.


Our ATMs will not be available to use on Thursday, 4th – end of day, Friday, April 5. as we will be upgrading our ATM software. Please withdraw any cash that you will need during this time before April 4.


All customer deposit accounts will receive a statement as of April 4. You will also receive a statement according to your normal statement processing schedule. Interest bearing accounts will receive interest on April 4 when the statement cuts and again according to your normal statement processing schedule.


Loan numbers will be changing when we convert. Your current loan number will be part of the new, thirteen-digit account number. Transactions presented to Prism Bank with the old loan number will be updated to the new loan number.
