When is the Prism Bank system upgrade happening?

The system upgrade is scheduled from Thursday, April 4, 2024, to Sunday, April 7, 2024. This is a planned improvement to enrich your banking experience with the latest in financial technology.

Will I be able to access Online and Mobile Banking during the upgrade?

From April 4 through April 7, both Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable. See the following question and answer for login details.

How do I log in to Online Banking after the upgrade?

Services resume on Monday, April 8, allowing you to log in with your current username and a temporary password which will be your existing username and the last four digits of your Tax ID number. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to update you password for ongoing access.

Will I still be able to use Bill Pay?

Bill Pay will be momentarily inaccessible starting April 4, reinstating the morning of April 8. All your payee information and scheduled payments will transition over, with any payments lined up during the downtime being processed on April 8.

What about the Prism Bank app on my phone?

Please uninstall the existing app and then download the new Prism Bank Mobile Banking app. It will be available on April 8 for both iPhone and Android users via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

My Debit Card alerts - will they be transferred to the new system?

No, any previous debit card alerts will not carry over. But post-upgrade, you'll have the option to configure custom alerts in the new system. If you require assistance or lack Online Banking access, please reach out to one of our Customer Care Representatives by calling (405)260-2265 or stopping by a branch for assistance.

Can I use apps like Venmo or PayPal during the upgrade?

These services will be paused for credits from April 4 to 6, resuming at 10:15 p.m.

Are there any changes to ATM services?

Our ATMs will be out of service on April 4 and 5 due to a software upgrade. Please prepare and withdraw any necessary cash beforehand.

Will I receive my statements as usual?

All deposit accounts will be issued a statement on April 4. Your regular statement schedule will continue, and interest-bearing accounts will receive accrued interest both on April 4 and as per the normal schedule.

Are there any changes to my loan numbers?

With the new system, loan account numbers will transition to a thirteen-digit format, which will include your current loan number. Any transactions using the old number will automatically update to the new one.
